Keith was born and raised in Maryland where he currently lives with Jennifer, his wife of more than 35 years. They have two grown sons. Keith has been illustrating since his teenage years. He was an avid motocross racer at the time and began doing custom airbrush work on vans and motorcycles. While attending college classes during the day at Towson University, Keith worked nights as a graphic arts supervisor at Maryland Public Television where he continued to develop his artistic skills. Upon graduation, Keith began a career in marketing with T. Rowe Price Associates in Baltimore while completing a master's degree in business at Johns Hopkins University. Keith later worked in marketing with AT&T Capital Corporation, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, and most recently with Johns Hopkins Medicine. He retired in 2021 after 15 years with Johns Hopkins.
In addition to his lifelong interest in illustration, Keith enjoyed skiing, competitive tennis and running events, including several triathlons and biathlons. He now enjoys biking with Jennifer, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
